I've noticed the following problems when trying to generate links:

@param parameter types are not linked if there are more than one type listed. e.g.: # @param name [type1, type2] Desription
Relative URL links work in @see, but not elsewhere in {} Is there a way to do this?
I can't seem to link to a method that's only included in the Methods list with a ~

Please create separate issues for separate problems.

[type1, type2] is not an allowed notation. I don't actually even understand what is this supposed to mean. One @param mention always contains just one type.
What do you mean by relative URL? Please create a separate issue with more explicit example.
And again, please provide an example within a separate issue.
