Patch to provide product reviews and "tell a friend" #177

My organization needed to add product reviews and a "tell a friend" button
to substruct.  We've added these features in for our own copy, and thought
we'd provide a patch should you decide to add them into the main branch. 
This was created against 1.0a6.

This was not intended to be filed as a "defect".  But I could not locate a 
place to
mark it as "enhancement".  My apologies.

I encountered the same difficulty when logging issue 187: Other currencies.  
Perhaps
the Type could be selected from a dropdown?  Is this setting (ability to input 
Type)
something that project admin can change, or restricted by GoogleCode?
