Missing variation_rank in bootstrap data for 1.3.1 #224

Hi!
After I install substruct 1.3.1 I get variation_rank missing in many places. 

The workaround is to copy migration 040 from substract/db/migrate to 
db/migrate, rename it to 41 and run rake db:migrate.

I guess vendor/plugins/substruct/db/schema.rb is missing variation_rank field.
