What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a tag "a/b" with a child tag of "c/d"
2. try to navigate to either of those
3.
Sometimes it will fail on a/b, sometimes on a/b/c/d with a 404:
ex:
https://substruct.subimage.com/store/s/Comestibles/ee/ef
https://substruct.subimage.com/store/s/hats%2Fboots
both FF and chrome.
