product variation error #229

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to products
2. click 'add product variation'
3. no new variation is addes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect for substruct to add a line for a new product name, price, etc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Substruct from 2006

Please provide any additional information below.

Upgrade your version of Substruct. This is no longer a bug.
