LED not 100% Accurate on if SD Card is Writing #6

Added external Green LED to notify every sd write loop iteration commit id (https://github.com/coffeye/xpod/commit/448c8e28704fcac63c1a15ddbe336351ff1a4288). Green led blinks for 100ms for proper SD card write and RED LED blinks for every 1sec incase of sd card init failure.
