Since this repository seems to be unmaintained.

Melpa has been updated: Switch authoritative source of evil-numbers https://github.com/melpa/melpa/commit/00d26e91412c9132287ea0019afc29abfc4fb171

It now points to the maintained fork of evil-numbers: https://github.com/juliapath/evil-numbers
