Summary

This adds a whole bunch of design tweaks. It includes:

• Adds a footer logo
• Adjust typography sizes across the Apply, Details, and Browse page,
• Adjust spacing across all cards
• Update apply page with new labels

Fixes #139, Fixes #140, Fixes #132
