Describe the bug Make sure the size is still usable if users set their page zoom to 400%

Current behavior Zoom at 400% is prohibitive to navigating the site.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the home page (or any)
Increase browser zoom to 400%

Expected behavior Users should still have a good experience at 400% zoom
