Accessibility: Organize form fields vertically #218

Describe the bug Some users might have difficulty with the horizontal organization of form fields on the apply page. Organize in columns instead of rows

Current behavior Application form fields are sorted horizontally when screen is in desktop size

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any application
  2. Make sure your view is in desktop size
  3. View the form fields

Expected behavior Align form fields (like first name, last name, etc.) vertically in all orientations.
