Description

Be able to change sort order of listed colleges to organize them in different perspectives

User Story

As prospective student, I want to order the colleges I see based on different criteria to better see matches based on what I care about

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Sort shows below "Showing X schools" and above the first card in the results
[ ] Default sort is alphabetical
[ ] Other sort options:
- [ ] Higher graduation rate
- [ ] Nearest
- [ ] Least expensive
