Description

A search feature on the browse colleges page to search for colleges

User Story

As prospective student with a college in mind, I want to be able to search for and find it easily

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Search box has helper text "Search by college name"
[ ] User can type into the box, which displays type-ahead options that match the users inputs
[ ] Clicking a college takes user directly to that college -- it does NOT display in search results on the browse page.
[ ] Clicking or tapping outside the search options dismisses them
[ ] Note 'no results found' situation in mocks
