Adding templates?

While the CONTRIBUTING.md is great to learn how to fork and make changes, how about adding legal templates?

Do we just add a new file to the _posts folder? Thanks!

PS: I'm thinking if we can have a Contract / Agreement template added?

Add the legal template in the same way as the existing files. Things to note:

• File name must start with the date
• Contents of the file must start with the YAML front-matter.
• Template must be document

Try to follow a similar HTML structure if you can. Sorry for the current lack of standardised/documented format.
