[x] pyomo with gurobi yields same results as gurobipy
[ ] pyomo with CBC solver should find good points on benchmark problems
[ ] Compare BO-Loops
[x] Test small example with known minimum
[ ] Test, if Pyomo user can run ENTMOOT without having gurobipy installed and vice versa
