Font features are enabled via features array in hb.c.

Just as a note for the comments inside of the file (to avoid confusion), the feature name is calt, or ss01, not c, a, l, t

@cog1to The patch works real well and fixed the lignature issue for cascadia code, the italics are also displayed without any issues.

The features macro works too.
