Fix boxdraw indexes #34

It took me a couple of hours to figure out why some characters were behaving oddly on my terminal, and it turned out that two index bugs in st-ligatures-boxdraw-20230105-0.9.diff were causing all the problems.

Edit: this can be reproduced with JetBrainsMono Nerd Font as it uses two glyphs for ὼ character.

Thank you for the find. I stopped using boxdraw, so I missed this one :)
