It is confusing that the license information is not part of the individual source files:
/* Please contact Cogenda Pte Ltd for license information */
Would it be possible to follow the guidelines here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
or to state the license file location for the distribution in each source file?
In addition, does the lgpl license apply to the example scripts as well?
