Temporarily copy the test infrastructure from https://github.com/CyrusEmber/test3/tree/master/new and instrument it to not run tests but just emit into a log file all the parameters it is testing.
Add that log file into this repository as a document of all tests previously run on iqtree2 as a pick list for targets to address using pytest by the iqtree2 team.
