This list item is written non-neutrally ("the best support of COG of any online compute platform", quite a strong claim) and is also outdated ("they recently added" when the line was last modified five years ago in c5d5af507a83a70c3aad99ab843f5da191744e5e). I tried to find information on the project to update the item, but the listed link (https://www.rasterfoundry.com/) forwards to https://www.azavea.com/ which itself has a note that it's now part of Element 84 and mentions "RasterFoundry" nowhere on its "What we do" page. The repo looks pretty stale too (last release November 2020). Tagging @aaronxsu as he's the author of the most recent commits there.
As this item in its current state it is not helpful and actually even misleading, I propose to just delete it from the list. If someone has better info to update it, you're most welcome to do so.
