Issues Addressed:

Issue #42: Add info about Twitter account Issue #41: Add info about the Slack channel

Changes Made:

Added social media icons to the website footer: Twitter (X), GitHub, Slack
Added cog-validator-java to Tools List: A Java-based tool that validates Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) files, ensuring they meet required specifications and providing detailed error messages for correction. Ideal for Java developers.

Additional Information: For users without an email address from the specified domains, Slack prompts to contact the workspace administrator for an invitation. I'm currently unable to join for this reason. Is there another way to get an invitation?

I've updated the pull request to include the addition of cog-validator-java to the Tools List, as well as the implementation of social media icons (Twitter, GitHub, Slack) in the website footer.
