Enhancement: Support Wake-On-Lan (WOL) like the Apple Remote App #103

The Apple Remote App will send the "Magic packet" to my music server running 
the DACP server.

This will either start it up, or wake it from sleep mode.

TunesRemote+ doesn't regretfully (Hyperfine's Remote for iTunes doesn't either, 
I tried).

Definitely a cool feature to add.  I hopefully should be able to dig up some 
Java magic packet examples.
