Call all artists:  The android Market allows you to upload a Promotional 
Graphic.

Must be:
180w x 120h
24 bit PNG or JPEG (no alpha)
No border in art

Probably not much point doing one of these any more - I think this was only 
really used on the old versions of the Market, and now it just scales down the 
Feature Graphic.

OK I will close this ticket.  I wasn't sure what it was used for but that makes 
sense.
