Loose hierachical structure of playlists from MediaMonkey

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use HTC Desire Z with android 2.2
2. Use latest MonkeyTunes & MediaMonkey
3. Use Windows 7
4. Create playlist folder in MediaMonkey and add playlists under it
5. Look at playlists in tunesremote-plus

What is the expected output?
- The name of the playlist folder in the playlists folder on tunesremote-pluse
- The associated playlists displayed when this folder name is clicked
- NOT this folders associated playlists in the root of  tunesremote-plus 
playlist folder

What do you see instead?
Playlists within hierachical play list folders shown in the root 
tunesremote-plus folder

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I will mark this as WontFix since this is a limitation of how the Apple Remote 
protocol is.
