Cannot pair two android phones to the same aTV #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pair one phone - no issues
2. Try pairing another - not discovered by aTV (phone shows same code as first 
phone)
3. Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens on the aTV; on the phone I have to hit the back button

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.0 on both phones

Please provide any additional information below.
Is this a bug or is the application designed to be used on only one phone?

Deleted the paired phone and tried it using the second phone first. It paired 
but the "original" phone would not pair again.

My guess is it is because the app is sending the same Android Remote pairing 
info so the ATV thinks it has already paired with this device (which is your 
other Android phone).

It sends the same exact handshake from both phones with no uniqueness.

I had the same problems with iTunes 10.1.10, and the same device with 
tunesRemote and tunesRemote+ both installed. Telling iTunes to forget all 
remembered remotes fixed it.

OK I am going to mark this as WontFix since the solution seems to be to tell 
iTunes to forget all remotes.

The workaround may work with iTunes but does not seem to work with AppleTV 1.0.
