Local services notebooks #188

Changes

This was a requested feature by several users. This is the start of a new section called /getting_started. This first PR adds two utility notebooks to explore the content of the trial datastore as well as the model registry.

In the future, more notebook features could be added to this section, such as a tutorial.

At some point we should migrate to using cogment directory that would simplify that whole thing a faire bit.

Totally agree. Will come back to this at some point. The feature was actually already started.
