➕ General refactor of the web client to make it easy to build further UIs
➕ Introduce software d-pad and joystick to facilitate interaction on continuous space (and mobile)
➕ Support playing a game as a human w/o the teacher mode

closes #60

Tested a bunch of run_params, they are working. Only selfplay_td3 seems to have issues but a fix is done in Kharyal's fork so that could be a different PR.
