Uncouple lernOS Sprint and Circle and add interface for external styles and katas #48

Format as style: The sprint is the basic concept that drives livelong learning (and prepares everybody for an agile workstyle). A sprint can be run alone (like GTD), in a peer support group (like WOL) or in other formats that will be defined in the future (e.g. blended learning, reverse mentoring, dojos, moocs, mastermind groups). The sprint should be explained before the circle (switch chapters). A circle is one style to run a sprint.

Content as style: also the content may vary in a sprint. Classicle wol exercises teach open and connected work. Other styles might teach sketchnoting (like Karl and his circle does), podcasting, scrum, gtd, etc.

There has to be an easy "interface" to add external styles and katas. This has to be described and linked to in the guide. The style has to be chosen in week 0. With the style comes format (solo learner, circle, mastermind group, reverse mentoring, dojo etc.) and the content (exercises, assignments). Various styles might lead to individual badges (task for version 1.2, talk to Thomas).
