Prepare learning path chapter for multiple learning paths #84

In the future there should be also OKR and GTD learning paths for lernOS newbies (Noobs). Therefore the chapter will be renamed in "Learning Paths for Newsbies" and there will be subchapters for WOL, OKR and GTD.
