[improvement] Step to start operating joypads may be unclear for the first time users #5

The joypad-like UI didn't start operating for 10 minutes for me (dragging the pad didn't seem to cause anything). After all I found that I had to close the joypad pane that was already opened (by me somehow), then re-open a new one with the proper input method selected in the pulldown menu. This starting procedure may be improved.
