Mistake in the caching ASCII range #39

There is a mistake in the ASCII range in the README.md here https://github.com/cognitect/transit-format/blame/master/README.md#L133

Specifically the text states

one or two digit string expressed ASCII 44-91, inclusive

However, it appears that it is actually ASCII 48-91, inclusive which is a 44 character range.
