Option to review completed quiz questions #20

Would be nice to have an option to see all choices after completing a quiz question and not only the correct answer at the end of a quiz. Currently finished chapter 4.2 References & Borrowing and this came up after the last question of the last quiz, which I had some trouble on. Thanks, and I appreciate the work going into this project.

This is a great suggestion. I will add it to the TODO list for quiz widget.
