Update documentation to reflect changes in slimrb #22

the option attr_delims was deprecated in slim 2.1.0 release in October 2014 and completely removed in the 3 series (Dec 2014) which is the one that gets install by running gem install slim as suggested in this documentation.

Took me a bit to figure that out, thought it could save some time to others in the future :)
