Clicking on a remove button on the non-active tab causes incorrect deletion

When at least one param is added to both Genes and Diseases and the "Diseases" tab is currently active, when the user tries to delete the first param off the inactive "Genes" tab, it actually deletes the first Disease param before activating the "Genes" tab.
