Base Application Markup and component routing #23

Adds the base bootstrap HTML5 markup for the applicaiton strucutre and Angular Ui Router ng1 component routing sturcture. Addition of shell angular components for the Query Builder. Cleaned up meta data in package.json for the project. Deleted depricated folders.
