Adds Query Builder Mutation List search and controls

ADDED:

• querySetMutations component mutationList alphabetical sorting on gene ID
• querySetMutations component mutationList reset functionality
• quick and dirty GeneSearchService using mygene.info endpoint

TODOS:

• add Drag and Drop functionality from queryParamSearch to querySet component
• better visual styling
• all newly added functionality needs testing
