This PR adds an encrypted user profile including the ability to pin conversations.
Pinned conversations appear at the top of the conversation list. They are stored in the encrypted user profile so it's not possible for anyone other than the user to determine which conversations are pinned and which not.
It also adds a couple of small bug fixes and sanity checks (e.g. max size on database fields to avoid abuse).
