Replace icebreakers with info cards

The type of person who will use our AI chat will likely not need ice breaker cards.

Instead replace these with info cards that invite our users to learn more about how we protect their privacy.

Perhaps could use the Angular Material Grid or Tailwind UI to create a nice bento grid of overview of benefits

• Private conversations (not saved)
• Auto lock after 30 mins inactivity
