voxpop.london/stories now redirects to splash page, more in-line with fb... #149

I really don't agree with this means that people can't see our content without signing up.

Why do we want to turn people away at the door??

Well - it means that they can't browse our content without signing up, they can still see individual stories if they are given the link.

If I'm honest this was just a stop-gap as I couldn't seem to trigger the meta tag on fb with just www.voxpop.london only www.voxpop.london/stories and I wanted people to see the splash page first.

Now realised http://www.voxpop.london works fine in fb though.

I think the way I've done it lines up more closely with fb and twitter - but if you feel strongly about it by all means revert the PR, I'm fairly ambivalent about it myself.
