Set meta tag to use image stored in VOXPOP, not in GitHub #150

currently the default meta tag is pointing at https://cloud.githubusercontent.com/assets/8128937/6784047/484b6b56-d175-11e4-9d4d-727708500bca.png.

We want to point it at something more like http://www.voxpop.london/images/logo-small.png

OK - also it seems any changes made to Open Graph tags must be refreshed using FB's dev tools debugger before they take effect.

Yeah. That's cause Facebook caches all the pages to avoid hitting it hundreds of times
