Segment highlighting via Voting options is not perfect. This is only really an issue where there are lots of options with 0 votes but;
Basically hover IS activated but cannot be reactivated without first hovering over another different option with votes on it, or by moving mouse out of the votebuttons box altogether then re-hovering.

Apparrently this is a problem with the Chart.Js file that has already been solved. Check it out.
