Vote-box now smoothly transitions if lots of options have caused oversize

goes to -->

Cool effect, emphasises our 'dashed' look as they move during transition
Want to add a link that is automatically generated (if/else function?) if there are more than say 4/5 options that then brings up the vote options in a modal rather than having them obscure the rest of the page
also want to add total votes/views below the options

Story Page needs a date and small section devoted to author

.... I need to teach you how to rebase lol - all these WIP commits should be squashed down into 1 larger commit (otherwise it's just messy)
