Login Register partials #66

Added login/register partials for logging in without having to load the login page.

Added login/register partials and included them in the modal which drops down on pressing the login button
commented out some code causing submit buttons to have their default behaviour cancelled
moved tinymce and login-signup-modal-window into a new libraries folder

closes #48
