Finally fucking fixed something today!

Tested Html.Sanitizer, you were right, working fine and had nothing to do with links not working
'z-index' for the div containing story content was pushing the text and its links below another layer making it unaccessible to the pointer
applied the z-index to a different element to maitain styling without jepordizing links

Fixes #75
