Only if the individual has a bias of 0 or 1, and all the interlocutors belong to the same, disfavored race. But I can't see how that would be possible, given our current learning rule... Oh, maybe some agents are CREATED with a bias of 0 or 1?

One solution is to check for this scenario, and then just have that individual look at the current speaker.
