This PR updates the Cohere Python SDK to version 5.5.6. It also includes changes to the following files:

• `poetry.lock: Updates the SDK version to 5.5.6.
• `pyproject.toml: Updates the SDK version to 5.5.6.
• src/cohere/__init__.py: Removes unused imports:ChatRequestResponseFormat,SagemakerClient,urllib.parse`.

src/cohere/base_client.py

• Updates the default timeout to 300 seconds.
• Changes the seed parameter type from float to int.
• Removes unused imports: urllib.parse, jsonable_encoder, encode_query, remove_none_from_dict.

src/cohere/connectors/client.py

• Removes unused imports: urllib.parse, encode_query, remove_none_from_dict.

src/cohere/core/client_wrapper.py

• Updates the SDK version to 5.5.6.

src/cohere/core/http_client.py

• Updates the SDK version to 5.5.6.
• Adds imports: urllib.parse, jsonable_encoder, encode_query, remove_none_from_dict, request_options.
• Adds functions: remove_omit_from_dict, maybe_filter_request_body.
• Updates the request and stream methods to use the new remove_omit_from_dict and maybe_filter_request_body functions.
• Updates the HttpClient and AsyncHttpClient classes to accept the following new parameters: base_timeout, base_headers, base_url.

src/cohere/embed_jobs/client.py

• Removes unused imports: urllib.parse, encode_query, remove_none_from_dict.

src/cohere/finetuning/client.py

src/cohere/models/client.py

• Removes unused imports: urllib.parse, encode_query, remove_none_from_dict.
