Nourish may be hosted on Heroku #67

It seems that Node 8.9.X is the most recent version of node that runs on both Heroku and Travis.

We may want to lock that in for now; though in the future we'll want to expand the versions of node and ruby we support so that people who don't have control over the versions they're running on can still be confident it's functioning
