Automatically generate style guide from SCSS comments #76

This is amazing, is there any way we can include it in prod as well? It doesn't seem like it'd hurt to expose the style guide publicly; and it'd be cool to be able to review changes on the review app.

Adding it in prod is non-trivial because of cache-busting & the way that KSS-node forces me to set asset file names. I've created an issue here and if/when a magical solution occurs to me I'll follow up: https://github.com/wecohere/nourish.party/issues/77
