I'm leaving the TestMailer in until I prove it works on Heroku, then I'll get rid of it.

Wasn't sure how to test this since it's infra/config stuff.

Well, I think I've got it working, but mailgun has the domain disabled. Have a support ticket in, but doubt I'll get anything back until next year.

This is your official "I careth not, shippeth it" about the coverage decrease warning. I dunno what your status re mailgun is, but once you feel comfortable w/r/t that you can merge.
