Repair <connect-timeout> configurations (in the wrong place for Coherence 12.1+) #146

The use of connection timeout changed slightly in Coherence 12.1.2 and as such, continuing to use it in the current fashion will break future releases.

We need to correct this for 12.1.2+ so that the Coherence Incubator will work on future releases.
