When deploying artefacts to a RemotePlatform the wrong destination directory is used #179

When realizing an application using a RemotePlatform if a set of custom DeploymentArtifact instances are specified that have a non-null destination then the deployment fails as the wrong destination directory name is created in AbstractRemoteApplicationBuilder.realize().
